Description of their products: We make fresh coffee (hot or iced) with coffee beans roasted fresh weekly by an eco-roaster in Toronto and provide organic and fair trade sugar and organic coconut milk for the coffee. We sell Oaxacan mochas (iced or hot) which are a blend of our organic, horizontally traded coffee and our hot drinking chocolate. We make a variety of hot or iced drinking chocolate flavours that are prepared on site and have no additives or preservatives. We also sell delicious eating chocolate in a variety of flavours, which are bean-to-bar chocolate made with no additives or preservatives. We also sell packaged drinking chocolate and Cacao Beans. All our Chocolate and Coffee products are made with beans sourced from Mexico that are organically grown, and horizontally traded. Our products are sweetened with organic and fairtrade sugars, made in small artisan, low heat, low sheer batches. They are free from nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and vegan.
Information about the Company: We were voted BEST CHOCOLATE in Toronto by NOW Magazine Readers 2014 and 2015! At ChocoSol Traders we consider ourselves slow food makers. Our whole food chocolate are made in small batches on site at our 1131 St. Clair Avenue West location in Toronto. Specializing in both eating chocolate and drinking chocolate (xocolatl), ChocoSol's artisanal chocolate is made using organic, forest garden, shade-grown cacao, sourced directly from Indigenous communities in Southern Mexico. Our chocolates are an open invitation to all, as they are made without dairy, gluten, soy and nuts and are vegan.
